The ELFX Mega Pod comes equipped with a fixed integrated mesh coil that has been optimised for a balanced ratio of vapour production and flavour intensity. Mesh coils are known for their large surface area, which results in fast ramp-up time, even e-liquid vaporisation and particularly clear aroma. The resistance is factory-tuned and automatically recognised by the ELFX Mega Kit – no manual wattage adjustment is required. We recommend using 50/50 (PG/VG) e-liquids as well as nicotine salt liquids for a smooth vaping experience. High-VG liquids with more than 60% VG content may cause dry hits due to their higher viscosity and are therefore not recommended. Since the coil is fixed inside the pod, the entire pod is replaced once the flavour diminishes or a burnt taste appears – typically after 1–2 weeks depending on your vaping habits.

Daily Operation & Maintenance Tips

Before first use: Fill the pod with e-liquid and let it soak for at least 5–10 minutes so the mesh coil is fully saturated. This prevents dry hits and significantly extends the coil's lifespan. Never fill the pod right up to the brim – a small air pocket ensures balanced pressure equalisation and helps prevent leaks. Regularly clean the contact area between the pod and the device with a dry cloth to remove condensation and e-liquid residue. Store the device upright to minimise leaking. If you won't be using it for an extended period (over 24 hours), it's best to remove the pod from the device.
