Coil Pairing Matrix & Draw Experience

The Nevoks SPL-10 M Coils are available in various resistances, so you can freely choose your vaping style. Higher resistances (e.g., 1.0 ohm or above) are ideal for MTL vapers who prefer a tighter draw and a defined throat hit – we recommend a 50/50 VG/PG e-liquid with classic freebase nicotine or nicotine salts. Lower resistances (below 1.0 ohm) are designed for restrictive DL vaping, produce more vapor, and handle higher-VG e-liquids (e.g., 60/40 or 70/30). Always make sure not to exceed the manufacturer's recommended wattage range to prevent premature coil wear.

Daily Operation & Maintenance Tips

When installing a new coil for the first time, be sure to prime it: drip a few drops of e-liquid directly onto the visible cotton of the coil, then fill the pod. Let it steep for at least 5–10 minutes so the cotton becomes fully saturated – this prevents dry hits and significantly extends the coil's lifespan. Start at the lower end of the recommended wattage range and gradually increase. Only use high-quality e-liquids with sufficient PG content so the cotton wicks quickly. Clean the pod thoroughly when changing coils to avoid flavor residue.
