The Elfbar ELFX Mega Pod is designed as an empty pod and is used with a compatible ELFX series coil. Depending on the coil resistance you install, you can tailor your vaping experience: higher resistances (e.g. 0.8–1.2 Ohm) are ideal for classic MTL vaping with 50/50 e-liquids and nicotine salts, while lower resistances (e.g. 0.4–0.6 Ohm) deliver a airier RDL experience with a higher VG ratio. When filling, always make sure the coil is fully saturated to avoid dry hits. For best results, we recommend letting the coil steep for at least 5–10 minutes after the initial fill.

Daily Operation & Maintenance Tips

Before first use, saturate the coil with e-liquid and let it steep for 5–10 minutes so the wicking material is fully soaked. Never fill the pod right to the brim – leave a small air gap to prevent pressure build-up and leaks. Regularly check the fill level through the transparent housing and replace the coil when flavour diminishes or a slight burnt taste appears. When changing coils, briefly rinse the pod with lukewarm water and allow it to dry completely.
