Coil Pairing Matrix & Draw Experience

The KIWI Spark V2 pods are available with permanently integrated mesh coils that cover different resistances and vaping styles depending on the variant. The MTL variant (approx. 1.0–1.2 Ω) is ideal for classic mouth-to-lung vaping and is recommended for 50/50 e-liquids as well as nicotine salt liquids with 10–20 mg/ml. The RDL variant (approx. 0.6–0.8 Ω) produces slightly more vapour and also works well with 50/50 blends, but can also handle slightly higher-VG liquids (up to 60 VG). High-VG liquids (70 VG and above) are not suitable for these pods, as the wicking ports are tuned for thinner liquids. Tip: Always let new pods steep for 5–10 minutes before vaping.

Daily Operation & Maintenance Tips

Before first use, fill the pod and let it steep for at least 5–10 minutes so the mesh coil's wicking cotton is fully saturated – this prevents dry hits and significantly extends coil life. Never fill the pod right to the brim; leave a small air gap so no pressure builds up when clicking it into place. Condensation under the pod can simply be wiped away with a tissue. Store spare pods in a cool, dark, and dry place – ideally empty – to avoid material fatigue. Replace the pod when flavour diminishes or vapour production noticeably drops (typically after 1–2 weeks depending on usage).
