Coil Pairing Matrix & Draw Experience

The GTX V2 coil family covers the complete spectrum: The 0.2 Ω and 0.3 Ω mesh variants are designed for DTL and perform ideally in the 45–60 watt range. We recommend high-VG e-liquids (70% VG or higher) with low nicotine content for big, dense clouds. The 0.6 Ω mesh coils (32–40 watts) are excellent for restrictive DTL and work best with 60/40 VG/PG blends. For MTL vapers, the 0.8 Ω and 1.2 Ω regular/mesh variants (12–20 watts and 8–12 watts respectively) are the right choice – here you should reach for 50/50 e-liquids or nicotine salt liquids with higher nicotine strengths for a satisfying throat hit and compact vapor production. Always make sure not to exceed the wattage range recommended by the manufacturer to avoid premature burning.

Daily Operation & Maintenance Tips

For maximum coil lifespan we recommend coil priming: after inserting the new coil, drip a few drops of e-liquid directly onto the visible cotton wicking ports, then fill the tank. Let the setup steep for at least 5–10 minutes so the cotton becomes fully saturated – this prevents instant dry hits and that bitter 'dry hit' taste. Always start a new coil at the lower end of the recommended wattage range and gradually increase. Use only high-quality e-liquids with sufficient VG content to avoid leaking, and clean the tank thoroughly with lukewarm water every time you change coils.
